To purchase tickets to attend MannaFest, simply go online to Events.Mannatech.com and click on the MannaFest 2012 banner or go to MannaFest.com and log-in to register.

Log into the Mannatech.com go to Meetings and Events, find MannaFest 2012, and click on Register button.
Either of the above options will direct you to the online registration website for MannaFest. You will choose the ticket(s) you wish to purchase and will be guided through a step-by-step process to complete your registration. You can purchase tickets here for all of the functions at MannaFest. You will also have the opportunity to specify seating preferences, including reserved seats and special needs seating.

You will place your order online by following the steps in How Do I Register For MannaFest? After you add a registrant, you may either add another registrant or you may complete your order by providing payment information.
*Note: All reserved seating is sold on a first-come first-serve basis by date and time the order is placed, and all reserved seat orders must be placed on the same order to allow for seating together.
Yes, they are, but must be registered. Regular admission does apply or if you have a free ticket (you received a promo code) these are great to give someone who is not yet an associate. This does allow them entry into all the general sessions (lunch, amenity packs and Sunday Training not included). If using a free ticket, must be registered by March 23rd. Just log into your existing order and click on the ADD A REGISTRANT link, complete all of the information (you won’t have an account number to enter in the field) and select a ticket and seating to add your guest.
Note: There is limited availability of the Amenity and Sunday Training so must be purchased in advance.

No, you will not receive a confirmation packet or badge in the mail. When registering online, once you complete your registration, an e-mail confirmation is immediately sent to you. See section below: How do I Check In and Get My Badge?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration. When you get to MannaFest, you will be able to check in and get your badge / event pass at one of the Self Check-In Kiosks. Kiosks are computer stations that will allow you to enter your account number, name, or company name. The system will look up your registration and display on the screen a sample of your badge. You will be able to correct your name, city or state if necessary and immediately print your badge. The process will take approximately 30 seconds. Self Check-In Kiosks will be set up at the Ft. Worth Convention Center and select Mannatech sponsored hotels. Please hold onto your badge. This is your pass into the event.
Should you need a badge reprint, ID will be required and may be requested by ushers if your badge shows that it has been reprinted. Badge must be worn at all times while in the convention center.
Please e-mail events@mannatech.com to request a cancellation of your MannaFest ticket. Please send your account number and name along with your request to cancel your ticket.
*Note: *A cancellation fee of $25 per person will be incurred after midnight CST on 3/15/2012.
As a reminder, tickets purchased during the MannaQuest 2011 promotion are non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else without additional fees.

How do I purchase additional event tickets?
To add registrants or items to your order, follow these steps: Go to Mannafest.com and login on the first page as if you are registering.
You will see a list of orders on the screen – click the radio button next to the event order that you want to add attendees to. Click the link titled “Edit Order Details or Add Additional Attendees”. To add a registrant, click on the link titled “Click Here to Add Another Registrant” Complete registrant information for additional attendee and click “submit” Select Registration Items for this attendee and click “update” at the bottom of the screen.
You may add as many additional registrants as you would like by repeating this process. When you are finished adding registrants, complete the payment information section and click “submit”. You will receive an email confirmation.
*Note: You are only being charged for the additional items ordered. If you are registering a spouse or business partner without a Mannatech account number, you will select spouse or business partner and you may leave the account number blank.
* If you are registering a guest, you may leave the account number blank, however, the guests are charged regular admission. There is not a guest ticket.

How do I edit my event order?
To edit your order, follow these steps: Go to Mannafest.com and login as if you were going to register. You will see a list of orders on the screen – click the order number next to the event order you wish to modify. Click on the link titled “Edit Order Details or Add Additional Attendees” Click on the link titled ” Edit Items” to add tickets or functions. Click on the link “Edit Registrant” to edit the name on the ticket next to the attendee for whom you wish to edit items. Once you have completed modifying items or name for this attendee and click “update” at the bottom of the screen.
You may modify items for as many registrants as you would like by repeating this process. When you are finished modifying your order, if you have a balance due, complete the payment information section and click “submit” You will receive an e-mail confirmation. Note: You are only being charged for the additional items ordered.
Why is my additional order still showing a full balance bill?
If you add registrants or functions to your order, the summary will reflect your entire order amount. You are only charged for the additional items ordered or registrants added.
I would like to transfer a ticket I purchased to another associate – How can I do this?
Follow the instructions to edit your order, select the registrant for which you wish change the name and “Edit Registrant” Scroll to the bottom to change the information and add the email address and account number if applicable. Repeat steps for as many as you need to change and click Submit when complete. You may do this yourself online.
If you need assistance, please e-mail events@mannatech.com with your ticket transfer request. Include the account number / name the ticket is currently held by and the account number / name of the person to which you wish to transfer the ticket.

How do I change my seating section?
I would like to change my seating section – How can I do this? Follow the instructions to edit your order, select the registrant you wish to modify items for and change the seating section selection. You may do this yourself online.
When will I find out my seating assignment for reserved seating?
When you check in using a self check-in computer, you will receive your event badge. Your seating assignment will be shown on this badge. If you have purchased a reserved seat, this seat will be yours for the duration of the event.

What Sabbath Keepers Activities will Be available and how do I attend?
Sabbath Keepers are those whose religious beliefs participate in keeping the Sabbath — Friday sunset to Saturday sunset. There are Christians denominations that are Sabbath Keepers, as well as those of the Jewish faith. The group generally gets together on Saturday for worship and fellowship. If you wish to attend the Sabbath Keepers Meeting, please register online for these functions.

How do I pay with multiple credit cards for attendees?
Click “submit” after the 1st credit card has been entered to create the first registration order. Return to your registration order by clicking the “Registrant” tab, Enter your Mannatech account number and log in Click on “Edit Order Details or Add Additional Registrants” link and Complete registrant information for all attendees using the new credit card payment. Scroll down to payment area and complete credit card information Click “Submit”. You may repeat the above process as many times as needed. For each transaction, the credit card will be charged only the current balance on the order.
*Note: Your web confirmation will reflect the first credit card entered appearing to have charged everyone on the same card. If you would like a confirmation e-mailed showing all credit cards charged, please e-mail events@mannatech.com.

Will busses run to the Fort Worth Convention Center?
No. Busses will not be provided. The Omni Hotel is directly across street from the convention center. The Sheraton is less than a block away.
Will there be transportation provided to and from the Airport?

Attention U.S. and Canadian Associates: If you would like to order a Translation Receiver, please make that selection in your registration.You are responsible for any fees associated with translation receivers. To pick up, go to the translation booth at Ft. Worth Convention Center. Payment is due at time of pick-up.
The following languages will be provided: German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese.
Corporate Tours will be offered only on Wednesday, April 11th beginning at 3:00pm ending at 5:00pm and running every half hour. Transportation is NOT offered this year.
